Shipping for all U.S. orders
All domestic retail orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days via UPS. CVskinlabs.com does not ship to domestic P.O. Boxes.

Orders to be shipped UPS by class of service selected by you. Rate is based on distance from pick up point (Upper Saddle River, NJ). The class of services available includes:
- UPS Ground – arrives in 1-5 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air – arrives in 2 business days providing order is received by 12 Noon EST.
- UPS Next Day Air – arrives next business day providing order is received by 12 Noon EST.
Hawaii, Alaska, Armed Forces (AP), Armed Forces (AE), & Armed Forces (AA)
Orders shipping to Hawaii are shipped via USPS.
For all orders to Alaska, Armed Forces (AP), Armed Forces (AE), & Armed Forces (AA) there will be a $25 flat ground shipping & handling cost. There is a $35 shipping & handling cost for Hawaii. At this time we do not offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Armed Forces (AP), Armed Forces (AE), & Armed Forces (AA).

USPS does not provide tracking information once it leaves the US, and we are not responsible for lost packages. CV Skinlabs can ship to a PO Box via USPS

All import tax and duties resulting from international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. At this time cvskinlabs.com is not able to compute this cost in advance. We apologize for this inconvenience.
CV Skinlabs ships internationally! International shipping is limited to Canada, United Kingdom (UK), Germany, France, Australia. If we do not currently ship to your country,. please consider checking our store locator for retail partners that may ship globally or to see if we currently have local retailers in your country.
International shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the weight of your order. We ship via USPS and UPS internationally. The customer is responsible for any additional local taxes, duties or fees levied upon delivery, by their local jurisdiction, for purchasing items outside of their country. At this time CV Skinlabs is not able to compute this cost in advance and apologize for the inconvenience. USPS does not provide tracking information once it leaves the US, and we are not responsible for lost packages. CV Skinlabs can ship to a PO Box via USPS if requested.

Email confirmation after you placed an order
You will receive an email confirmation once you’ve placed your order. If you do not receive one immediately after placing your order, check your spam folder or email us.
Checking on an order you placed
All domestic orders placed by 12 noon EST are shipped within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. On occasion, this email may go to spam, so be sure to check your junk mail folder.
CV Skinlabs has adopted a 30-day “no questions asked” return policy. Customer Service will issue a credit and refund for any returns received within 30 days of the invoice date.
If you want to return a purchase after 30 days of the invoice date, we cannot issue a Return Authorization Number, credit or refund. Attempts to return merchandise after 30 days from the shipment date without approval will result in no credit and/or refund issued. It is important that you contact customer service before you send in a return or exchange. You may send your return back using a shipping method of your choice. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Your refund will be process in 5-10 days after receipt of your items.
