All domestic retail orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days via UPS. CVskinlabs.com does not ship to domestic P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for lost packages. If you suspect your package is lost please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to help you recover your package.

Orders to be shipped UPS by class of service selected by you. Rate is based on distance from pick up point (Upper Saddle River, NJ). The class of services available includes:
- UPS Ground – arrives in 1-5 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air – arrives in 2 business days providing order is received by 12 Noon EST.
- UPS Next Day Air – arrives next business day providing order is received by 12 Noon EST.
Hawaii, Alaska, Armed Forces (AP), Armed Forces (AE), & Armed Forces (AA), Puerto Rico
Orders shipping to Hawaii are shipped via UPS Ground.
For all orders to Alaska, Armed Forces (AP), Armed Forces (AE), & Armed Forces (AA), Hawaii and Puerto Rico there will be a $65 flat ground shipping & handling cost. At this time we do not offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Armed Forces (AP), Armed Forces (AE), & Armed Forces (AA), Puerto Rico.
Please NOTE: delivery times are estimates and can vary, due to time in customs, up to 14 business days.
All international orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days via UPS Worldwide Standard.
All import tax and duties resulting from international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. At this time cvskinlabs.com is not able to compute this cost in advance. We apologize for this inconvenience.
CV Skinlabs ships internationally! International shipping is limited to Canada, United Kingdom (UK), Germany, France, Australia. If we do not currently ship to your country, please consider checking our store locator for retail partners that may ship globally or to see if we currently have local retailers in your country.
The customer is responsible for any additional local taxes, duties or fees levied upon delivery, by their local jurisdiction, for purchasing items outside of their country. CV Skinlabs cannot ship to a PO Box Internationally.

CV Skinlabs charges 7% sales tax on orders purchased from New Jersey and 8% sales tax on orders purchased from New York. Otherwise, no sales tax apply.

Email confirmation after you placed an order
You will receive an email confirmation once you’ve placed your order. If you do not receive one immediately after placing your order, check your spam folder or email us.
Checking on an order you placed
All domestic orders placed by 12 noon EST are shipped within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. On occasion, this email may go to spam, so be sure to check your junk mail folder.

If you are dissatisfied with your CVSkinlabs.com purchase, you are welcome to return it for a credit or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products for a refund.
Please email customer care at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization number before returning. Customer Care will issue a credit or refund for any returns received within 30 days of the date of purchase. Attempts to return merchandise after 30 days from the shipment date without approval will result in no credit and/or refund issued.
Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the USPS for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. We are not responsible for return shipping or articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and cvskinlabs.com order number.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 3-5 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. All returns will be refunded to the method of payment that was used to process the order. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
